Sign up as a landlord or estate agent, finish the short onboarding wizard, then go to My listings → New listing. Your first two listings are free; after that you can buy a single-listing credit for ₵20 or subscribe.
Try the next contact channel they offer (e.g. phone instead of e-mail). If they still don't reply, report the listing via Feedback so we can investigate.
Go to Dashboard, then Get verified, and upload an ID document. Landlords add proof of ownership, agents add a real-estate licence. We reply within 1-2 business days, and your drafts publish themselves once you're approved.
Save a search from /explore, choose a frequency (instant or daily digest) and the channels you want (e-mail today; WhatsApp / SMS / callback coming soon).
