Ghana's rental and sales market is dominated either by classified-style sites that drown listings in noise, or by opaque agent networks where tenants can't tell who's actually responsible for a property. We wanted something in-between: clean listings, a single visible point of contact, and the same fee transparency a Ghanaian tenant would expect from a friend who happens to know the landlord.
Landlords with their own property, and registered estate agents who manage property for others. Both send the same documents, and neither can publish until we've approved them. The role label is how they describe themselves, not a tier of trust. Whoever posts a listing is the one responsible for it.
Anyone. Tenants don't need an account to look around, and don't need to pay anything ever. Save favourites, set up alerts, and reach out to listers via WhatsApp, phone, or email. All free.
Listers pay once they go past 2 active listings, either with a single GH¢ 20 listing credit (valid 30 days) or a Starter, Pro or Business plan paid monthly, quarterly (5% off) or yearly (15% off). Tenants never see a paywall.
Your phone number, your WhatsApp number and the contact details tenants leave for a lister are encrypted before they are stored, so nobody can read them straight out of our database. Verification documents are kept private. There is no public link to them, and the only people who can open one are the admins reviewing your account, which we keep a record of. We do not collect anything we do not need, and if you want a copy of everything we hold on you, or want the account gone for good, both are a click away in Settings.
An Android app, viewing scheduling, counter-offers, Twi, Ewe and Ga translations, and deeper Ghana Card checks. We'd rather ship a few useful features well than a long list of half-finished ones.
